Is there anyone who can resist to eat a DOSA !!!

Barley and Oats can be classified as healthy grain options , which are rich source of many beneficial nutrients and also loaded with soluble and insoluble fibre.

So here is an all time favourite Indian dosa version with these healthy grains .

Ingredients :-

  • Barley 1 cup
  • Oats 1 cup
  • Red Chilly 2-3
  • Curry leaves a few
  • Asafoetida ¼ tsp
  • Cumin ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method :–

  • Soak the barley and oats for 2-3 hours. Wash them well.
  • Grind it along with other ingredients to a coarse paste (regular dosa batter consistency )
  • Make dosa instantly ,this batter needs no fermenting.
  • Serve hot with coconut /tomato/onion chutney.
