A tasty iron rich dosa !! Must Try !!
Curry leaf flavour is very strong and so flavoursome with spices and coconut.
Ingredients :
- Oil to drizzle
Grind to a coarse batter ;
- Raw rice 1 cup
- Idly rice 1 cup
- Urad dhal 2-3 tbsp
- Coconut ¾ cup
- Red chilly 2
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 1 cup
- Asafoetida ¾ tsp
- Salt to taste
Method :
- Soak the dhal and rice for 3-4 hrs.
- Grind it coarsely with the other dry ingredients .
- Heat a dosa tawa and spread the batter evenly and drizzle oil.
- When its cooked flip and let it get light brown.
- Fold it and remove it off the pan .
- Serve hot with tomato or onion or coconut chutney.
