Childrens favourite vegetable !!

This vegetable with a different taste .The sticky bhindi is made so flavourful with the blend of spices.

Ingredients :

  • Bindhi 25o gms (chopped )
  • Tomatoes 2 (chopped )
  • Big onions 2 (chopped )
  • Oil 1-2 tbsp
  • Grind to paste :
  • Small onions 5-6
  • Green chilly 2
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Jeera ¼ tsp
  • Garlic 2-3 pearls
  • Coriander 3 tbsp (chopped )

Method :

  • In a pan heat oil and fry the bindi till brown and keep aside.
  • In the same pan heat oil fry the onions till transparent.
  • Add tomato and fry till mushy.
  • Now add the ground paste with little water and salt ,cook well till the raw smell leaves.
  • Serve hot with rice or roti .
