Childrens favourite vegetable !!
This vegetable with a different taste .The sticky bhindi is made so flavourful with the blend of spices.
Ingredients :
- Bindhi 25o gms (chopped )
- Tomatoes 2 (chopped )
- Big onions 2 (chopped )
- Oil 1-2 tbsp
- Grind to paste :
- Small onions 5-6
- Green chilly 2
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Jeera ¼ tsp
- Garlic 2-3 pearls
- Coriander 3 tbsp (chopped )
Method :
- In a pan heat oil and fry the bindi till brown and keep aside.
- In the same pan heat oil fry the onions till transparent.
- Add tomato and fry till mushy.
- Now add the ground paste with little water and salt ,cook well till the raw smell leaves.
- Serve hot with rice or roti .
