Saviour Mushroom !!

This is apt for a no time to cook day or for a lazy mood,but honestly it is simply delicious.This is a kongu style FRY!!

Ingredients :

  • Mushrooms 200 gms [ chopped]
  • Onion 1[choppped ]
  • Chilly|Sambar powder ½ tsp
  • Butter ½ tbsp.
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Salt to taste

METHOD :

  • Heat the butter and fry onions till brown .
  • Add mushrooms ,chilli powder and salt .
  • Let it cook till mushrooms are soft , and fry till water has evaporated
  • Serve hot .
  • This is an easy and yummy dish which can never go wrong .
