One of the easy dish ,which can never go wrong. All time favourite of the household.
The goodness of the carrot is cooked and blended with milk ,which is a drooling residue .
A second helping is unavoidable .

Ingredients :
- Carrot 300 gms
- Sugar ¾ – 1 cup
- Milk 1 litre
- Cardamom powder ¼ tsp
Method :
- Cook carrot with milk in a heavy bottomed pan ,till it is soft.
- When it has cooled down transfer it to a mixer jar ,blend it to a smooth paste .
- Now transfer this to a pan.
- Add milk to clean up the mixer jar and add to the pan.Give it a good mix.
- Milk can be used according to the required consistency .
- Add sugar ,let it cook till the raw smell fades away.
- Switch off the flame.
- Add cardamom powder ,give it a good mix.
- Refrigerate it .
- Tastes best when served cold.
