One of the easy dish ,which can never go wrong. All time favourite of the household.

The goodness of the carrot is cooked and blended with milk ,which is a drooling residue .

A second helping is unavoidable .

Kids Favourite !!

Ingredients :

  • Carrot 300 gms
  • Sugar ¾ – 1 cup
  • Milk 1 litre
  • Cardamom powder ¼ tsp

Method :

  • Cook carrot with milk in a heavy bottomed pan ,till it is soft.
  • When it has cooled down transfer it to a mixer jar ,blend it to a smooth paste .
  • Now transfer this to a pan.
  • Add milk to clean up the mixer jar and add to the pan.Give it a good mix.
  • Milk can be used according to the required consistency .
  • Add sugar ,let it cook till the raw smell fades away.
  • Switch off the flame.
  • Add cardamom powder ,give it a good mix.
  • Refrigerate it .
  • Tastes best when served cold.
