Pepper ,Amchoor with Potoato is high in flavour ,leaves ones taste buds repeatedly
asking for more .

Ingredients :

  • Potato 200 gms (sliced )
  • Crushed pepper 1tsp
  • Amchoor powder ¾ tsp
  • Oil 2tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method :

  • In a pan heat heat oil add potato , salt and toss .
  • Close with a lid and cook till it is half done.
  • Add pepper and amchoor powder and keep frying till it is nicely roasted.
  • Serve hot with roti / rice.
