The most tasiest of all paratha.

Radish Paratha is very easy and healthy one .The Radish blends well with spices and flour and results in a wholesome yummy residue. This is a splendid dish when you pack a meal for a trip too.

Ingredients :

  • Radish 2 ( grated & squeezed )
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp ( chopped )
  • Red chilly powder ½ tsp ( to taste )
  • Coriander powder ½ tsp
  • Amchur powder ¼ tsp
  • Cumin powder ¼ tsp
  • Ajwain ¼ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Wheat flour 1- 11/2 cups
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp

Method :

  • Grate the radish sprinkle salt and leave it for 10 min.
  • Squeeze out the water from it and set aside.
  • In a pan heat oil add ajwain, allow it to crackle.
  • Add the grated radish and toss .
  • Add all the powders along with salt and toss , ( 3-4 min) till raw smell leaves.
  • Now add this the wheat flour ,sprinkle some water and make it to a smooth dough.
  • Set aside for 30 min.
  • Make lime size balls and roll out to roti ‘s dusting dry wheat flour if necessary.
  • Heat a tawa and fry the roti generously using oil.
  • Serve hot with curd( dahi ) and pickle.( achaar )

Note :

  • Cauliflower , bottle gourd ,cabbage can be also used instead of radish.
