Yummilicious dosa which never fails to steal the hearts !!
Ingredients :-
- Mung dhal 1 cup
- Rice 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Hing ¼ tsp
- Red chilly 1-2
- Cabbage ¼ cup(finely chopped )
- Onion 1(finely chopped )
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- oil 3-4 tbsp
Method :-
- Soak the lentil for 1-2 hrs.
- Grind it with chilly,hing & salt.
- Add chopped veggies ,mix well .
- Make dosa & serve hot with coconut or onion or tomato chutney.
