Tasty Tasty Heart Steeling dish !!

Rare combination of vegetable and curd for a chutney,but taste is truly too good. Lost for words!!

Ingredients :

  • Curd 1 cup
  • Big onions 1 ( chopped )

Grind to paste :

  • Ridge guard 100 gms (peeled &cooked )
  • Green chilly 3 nos
  • Coconut 3 tbsp ( grated)
  • Puffed Gram dhal 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves few leaves
  • Tamarind ½ “ piece ( optional)

Method :

  • To the ground paste add curds and raw chopped onions.
  • Tamper the ground paste with mustard ,urad dhal and curry leaves .
  • Ready to serve.
  • Serve with idli /dosa/roti
