Sprouted horsegram kurma !!

Ingredients :-
- Sprouted Horse gram 1 cup ( cooked )
- bottle gaurd 1/2 cup ( chopped )
To season :-
- Oil 1 tsp
- Oninons 2 tbsp ( chopped )
- Tomato 1 small ( chopped )
- Mustard ¼ tsp
- Urad dhal ¼ tsp
- Curry leaves a few
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves 1 tbsp ( chopped )
- Fry in oil & grind to a paste :-
- Small Onions 8-10
- Red chilli 3-4 ( to taste )
- Curry leaves a few
- Cumin ½ tsp
- Coriander powder ¾ – 1 tsp
- Grated coconut 2-3 tbsp
- Tamarind ¾ ‘’
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Oil 1 tsp
Method :-
- In a kadai heat oil add mustard ,urad dhal let it splutter.
- Add onions ,curry leaves let it brown.
- Add tomatoes ,allow it to get mushy.
- Now add the ground paste with water and salt.
- Add the cooked horse gram and the bottle gaurd.
- Allow it to cook till raw smell leaves.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot iddli /dosa/roti/rice.
Note :-
- any vegie like poatatoe ,carrot ,peas of your prefrence can be added.
