Foxtail millet Dosa !!

Ingredient :-
- Foxtailmillet 1 cup
- Urad dhal 2-3 tbsp
- Curry leaves a few
- Red chilly 2-3
- Cumin ½ tsp
- Asafoetida ¼ tsp
- Ginger ½ ‘’
- Salt to taste
Method :-
- Soak the millet & urad dhal for a minimum of 2-3 hours.
- Then grind it with all the other ingredients to a fine paste.
- This batter does not require fermentation its ready to use immediately.
- Serve hot with coconut/onion /tomato chutney.
Note :-
- Black urad dhal can also be used for enhanced taste.
