Curry leaf Dosa

A tasty iron rich dosa !! Must Try !!

Curry leaf flavour is very strong and so flavoursome with spices and coconut.

Ingredients :

  • Oil to drizzle

Grind to a coarse batter ;

  • Raw rice 1 cup
  • Idly rice 1 cup
  • Urad dhal 2-3 tbsp
  • Coconut ¾ cup
  • Red chilly 2
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 1 cup
  • Asafoetida ¾ tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method :

  • Soak the dhal and rice for 3-4 hrs.
  • Grind it coarsely with the other dry ingredients .
  • Heat a dosa tawa and spread the batter evenly and drizzle oil.
  • When its cooked flip and let it get light brown.
  • Fold it and remove it off the pan .
  • Serve hot with tomato or onion or coconut chutney.
