Bottle gourd Pachadi

Bottle gourd Pachadi is very easy to make and its a very healthy .

The Bottle gourd is raw ,but has a awesome taste, while its tossed and mixed with curds is simply superb.

Ingredients :

  • Mustard ¼ tsp
  • Urad dhal ¼ tsp
  • Chana dhal ¼ tsp
  • Red chilly 1
  • Curry leaves a few
  • Bottle gourd 1 cup ( grated )
  • Coconut 1 cup ( grated )
  • Coriander leaves to garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1 tsp

Method :

  • In a kadai heat oil ,throw in mustard ,urad dhal ,chana dhal and allow it to splutter.
  • Add red chilly and curry leaves ,toss it.
  • Add salt give it a mix.
  • Transfer it to a bowl.
  • When it gets to room temperature add curd ,give it a mix.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve cold with rice ,roti.
