Sabudana and curds go hand in hand to cool the body always .This combination is simply delicious and always captivates the taste buds .Sabudana is permitted on fasting days and serves as a good source energy ,improves digestion and is gluten free too.

Ingredients :

  • Sabudana 1 cup
  • Milk ¾ – 1 cup
  • Mustard ¼ tsp
  • Urad dhal ¼ tsp
  • Cashew 6-7
  • Green chilly 1 ( chopped )
  • Onion ½ ( chopped )
  • Oil ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves to garnish
  • Pomegranate seeds to garnish

Method :

  • In boiling water add the sabudana and cook till soft.
  • Now strain it and run cold water , so that it does’nt get sticky.
  • When it reaches room temperature add milk and salt ,mix well.
  • Tamper it with mustard ,urad dhal, cashew, onions ,green chilly and curry leaves.
  • Add curds and mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds.
