Is there anyone who can resist to eat a DOSA !!!
Barley and Oats can be classified as healthy grain options , which are rich source of many beneficial nutrients and also loaded with soluble and insoluble fibre.
So here is an all time favourite Indian dosa version with these healthy grains .
Ingredients :-
- Barley 1 cup
- Oats 1 cup
- Red Chilly 2-3
- Curry leaves a few
- Asafoetida ¼ tsp
- Cumin ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
Method :–
- Soak the barley and oats for 2-3 hours. Wash them well.
- Grind it along with other ingredients to a coarse paste (regular dosa batter consistency )
- Make dosa instantly ,this batter needs no fermenting.
- Serve hot with coconut /tomato/onion chutney.
