Cholam Panniyaram and Dosa

This millet is one of the tastiest of its kind and is packed with all the health benefits .When its blended with spices ,tastes even better.The best combination is coconut chutney or onion chutney.

Ingredients :

  • Chollam 1 cup
  • Rice 1cup
  • Urad dhal ½ cup
  • Red chilly 5-6
  • Curry leaves a few
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method :

  • Soak the three separately for 5-6 hours.
  • Grind the spices first ,then the urad dhal ,rice and chollam.
  • Add salt and mix well.
  • The batter is ready to make panniyaram or dosai.
