Bottle gourd Pachadi is very easy to make and its a very healthy .
The Bottle gourd is raw ,but has a awesome taste, while its tossed and mixed with curds is simply superb.
Ingredients :
- Mustard ¼ tsp
- Urad dhal ¼ tsp
- Chana dhal ¼ tsp
- Red chilly 1
- Curry leaves a few
- Bottle gourd 1 cup ( grated )
- Coconut 1 cup ( grated )
- Coriander leaves to garnish
- Salt to taste
- Oil 1 tsp
Method :
- In a kadai heat oil ,throw in mustard ,urad dhal ,chana dhal and allow it to splutter.
- Add red chilly and curry leaves ,toss it.
- Add salt give it a mix.
- Transfer it to a bowl.
- When it gets to room temperature add curd ,give it a mix.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve cold with rice ,roti.
