Festive Special Snack !!

Summer around with kid’s at home a very handy quick snack .This is made with minimalistic ingredients which is always available at home. The maida or all purpose flour combined with curds and spices ,is simply a superb combination . At the advent of unexpected guests ,this serves the purpose and definitely an eye catcher.

Ingredients :

  • Maida 1 cup
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Onion 1 ( finely chopped )
  • Green chilly 1( finely chopped )
  • Coriander leaves a cup( finely chopped )
  • Curry leaves few( finely chopped )
  • Soda bicarb a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to deep fry

Method :

  • In a wide mixing bowl add all ingredients except oil and mix well to a thick dropping consistency batter.
  • Heat oil and deep fry the batter to golden brown.
  • Serve hot .
