An Indian twist to the western bread.

A yummy taste is the result !!!

Ingredients :

  • Bread slices 6
  • Coriander leaves 2-3 tbs (chopped )
  • Puffed Gramdhal 1-1.5 tbsp
  • Garlic 4-5 pearls
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Small onions 14
  • Red chilly 3-4
  • Coconut 2-3 tbsp (grated)
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee to fry

Method :

  • Grind all the ingredients to a coarse paste.
  • Smear a spoon on each side .
  • Toast on a tava till brown.
