Foxtail millet Dosa !!

Surplus protein vitamin B12 and fibres !! Low in Glycemic Index!!

For the love of millets !!This is one of the tastiest of its kind.With abundance of health benefits last but not the least it’s pocket friendly too !!

Ingredient :-

  • Foxtailmillet 1 cup
  • Urad dhal 2-3 tbsp
  • Curry leaves a few
  • Red chilly 2-3
  • Cumin ½ tsp
  • Asafoetida ¼ tsp
  • Ginger ½ ‘’
  • Salt to taste

Method :-

  • Soak the millet & urad dhal for a minimum of 2-3 hours.
  • Then grind it with all the other ingredients to a fine paste.
  • This batter does not require fermentation its ready to use immediately.
  • Serve hot with coconut/onion /tomato chutney.

Note :-

  • Black urad dhal can also be used for enhanced taste.
