First dish that will be layed hands on & the dish which will get over as soon as possible be it at home or in a resturant.Easy to make & easy to get finshed.This dish will never get inti a left over cadre !!
Ingredients :
- Minced meat 500 gms
- Cinnamon 1’’
- Fennel ½ tsp
- Poppy seeds 1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Coconut 1 cup ( grated )
- Puffed gram dhal 2-3 tbsp
- Green chilly 8-10 ( to taste )
- Onions 2-3 tbsp ( chopped )
- Curry leaves 1 tbsp ( chopped )
- Garlic 2-3 tbsp
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Oil to deep fry
- Salt to taste
Method :-
- Grind the minced meat with the spices .
- Then pulse it with the other ingredients expect oil.
- Make small balls and fry it oil till brown.
- Serve hot .
