A very renowed dish of south Tamilnadu !!

All time favourite of all age groups !!

First dish that will be layed hands on & the dish which will get over as soon as possible be it at home or in a resturant.Easy to make & easy to get finshed.This dish will never get inti a left over cadre !!

Ingredients :

  • Minced meat 500 gms
  • Cinnamon 1’’
  • Fennel ½ tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Coconut 1 cup ( grated )
  • Puffed gram dhal 2-3 tbsp
  • Green chilly 8-10 ( to taste )
  • Onions 2-3 tbsp ( chopped )
  • Curry leaves 1 tbsp ( chopped )
  • Garlic 2-3 tbsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Oil to deep fry
  • Salt to taste

Method :-

  • Grind the minced meat with the spices .
  • Then pulse it with the other ingredients expect oil.
  • Make small balls and fry it oil till brown.
  • Serve hot .
