A bowl of iron goodness !!
Moringa leaf is packed with iron , cooked with dhal leaves a simple yet nutritious soup.

Ingredients :
- Moringa Leaves 1 cup
- Moong Dhal 11/2 tbsp
- Small onions a few ( chopped )
- Tomato 1 ( chopped )
- Garlic 2 pearls ( chopped )
- Fennel ¼ tsp
- Ghee 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper a pinch ( optional )
Method :
- Heat ghee in a pan ,add fennel ,allow it to splutter .
- Add onions and toss.
- Now add garlic and tomato one after another and toss.
- Add the moringa leaves and toss.
- Add required water with the moong dhal and stir.
- Add salt give it a good mix ,close and cook , stirring occasionally.
- Now when the moringa and dhal is soft ,switch off the flame.
- Serve hot .
